24 Hour Cancellation - Life happens and sometimes at the last minute, this is understandable, please contact me.  However I do require a 24 hour notice for cancellation, otherwise a 50% service charge will be added to your next service. If you are a new client, a credit card will be required to hold your appointment. I will call you within 24 hours of the time the appointment is made to acquire your credit card number, if we are not able to connect I will not be able to hold your appointment. 

 

Groupons - This is a great way to try a new place and I have chosen to offer my services at a discounted price for you to give me a try. I am not new to the industry.

Your Groupon number is required to reserve your appointment. If a number is not valid or not included I will contact you to verify, your appointment will be cancelled within 24 hours of being scheduled if I do not receive a valid number or name

I reserve the right to redeem your Groupon if you do not show or call for your appointment. Once I have redeemed it, your Groupon is no longer valid.

Covid 19 - If you are choosing to vaccinate please make sure you allow 14 days AFTER your shot before coming in for your appointment. Per my usual request, if you are not feeling well I ask that you reschedule your appointment. This has been my policy prior to Covid and I continue to maintain it, for the wellness of others as well as myself. If I feel that you are feverish, I will end your service and reschedule. Please be mindful of others. I do not require you to be vaccinated for an appointment, I feel everyone should have the freedom to make their own choices in regards to health.
